Finally, a place that sells good desserts! I find that there's a tendency in Korea to put so much sugar in "baked goods", but I tried Dripdrop's "Lave cake" and it reminded me so much of good old homemade french cake. It was to die for! LOVE the blueberry yogurt smoothie too! It's refreshing and it helped curb my hunger until dinner!
I guess there are many reasons but if I had to give one or two: I can hang out at night without having to worry too much. Korea feels very safe compared to some other countries. I also like how honest and kind Koreans can be. They are not afraid to tell you when they think you should lose weight, but its mostly because they worry about your health.
1) Before heading to work, I enjoy eating breakfast while watching an episode of my favorite TV show or a recent video posted on YouTube. It puts me in a good mood after waking up! 2) I love doing many things, such as reading, painting and cooking. I also enjoy my cat's company ~ she is a talkative cat! lol Some of the benefits of having a routine or hobby include a better mood and healthier lifestyle, I guess.
Marie Kondo (a famous organizing consultant) says to look at something and see if it sparks joy. Well, why not try doing that starting with small, simple things? I personally find happiness in life's simple pleasures, such as the miracle of finding a seat in the subway during rush hour at Gangnam station! If no seats are available, then I find pleasure in sitting down when I get home. How can you not feel happy when that happens?
